Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

Tickerbook provides crypto market data and general educational content for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We do not provide trading, custody, wallets or accounts.

Your decisions

Crypto assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated, and you can lose all of the money you put in. Any decision you make is your own. Consider getting independent advice from a qualified professional before investing.

Accuracy and availability

Market data is supplied by a third party and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Prices on the site can differ from those on any exchange. We review our written content regularly but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. The site may be unavailable at times, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to Tickerbook. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Asset names, tickers and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the assets; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Market data remains subject to the data provider's terms.

External links

Links to other websites, such as our data source, are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
